How I stay ‘high vibe’ all summer long!
The end of school is FAST approaching and while the kids are pumped I’m trying to figure out how many camps I can sign up for so they’re not home all day going stir crazy! I’m excited for the down time but you know if they don’t have plans… it’s a fast track to “I’m bored!” And mama’s not having that this summer!
Ah to have their energy again…What if I told you, you can in a HEALTHY way without the sugar, artificial stimulants, and junk ingredients.
If you’ve known me for more than five minutes you know that all-natural, healthy ingredients are super important in our fam. Perfect? No way. But when it comes to supporting your body WELL so you can rock mom life- quality MATTERS.
Nootropics are supplements that enhance cognitive performance. Most of the ones out there are NOT super safe or high quality. Think energy drinks pumped full of synthetic stimulants, pharmaceuticals like ritalin, and caffeine.
Last spring, Amare launched Edge, the first plant-based nootropic to boost motivation, focus, memory, and mental clarity without any of the junk- no sugar, stimulants, caffeine, or additives. It also boosts metabolism…added bonus for summer!
If you’ve got your Happy Mom Pack then you already know- it tastes DELICIOUS (like a watermelon jolly rancher) and you feel the mental energy pop on within 15 minutes. I use it before workouts as well to boost endurance and it keeps that metabolic burn going through the day.
This month, they introduced a NEW FLAVOR: GRAPE! Think back to your kool-aid days…tastes a lot like that grape but again, ZERO junk ingredients and ALL the same incredible benefits as the original watermelon Edge.
If grape’s your flavor, THIS IS A MUST TRY! It’s refreshing, super tasty, and revs you up so you stay HIGH VIBE, no matter where the summer takes you.
I combine mine with Energy+ which officially kicked my 3pm caffeine cravings and keeps me so much more alert, productive, and happy without the crash.
