PART 2: TERMS OF SERVICE
By using TheTheresaTodd.com (the "Site"), applying for coaching or speaking, joining the BAD Mom Society, or purchasing any product or service referenced here, you agree to the following.
Our Services
Theresa Todd provides faith-based life coaching, speaking engagements, a podcast, live events, and a free community (the BAD Mom Society). Some content includes affiliate links; we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you (see our Affiliate Disclosure).
Not Medical or Mental Health Advice
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or medical care. See our full Health & Coaching Disclaimer.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to apply for coaching, book a speaking engagement, or join the Society.
Payment, Cancellation, and Rescheduling
Payment is due upon signing your coaching agreement, either in full or through an agreed monthly payment plan, processed securely via Stripe.
Coaching engagements require a 3-month minimum commitment. At the end of that period, you may choose to continue working together or conclude our time together.
All payments are non-refundable, with one exception: if I end our working relationship early because it's no longer the right fit, you'll be refunded for any remaining sessions or months not yet provided.
If a scheduled payment fails, you'll be notified and given the chance to update your payment method. Sessions will be paused until payment is resolved.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours' notice, based on my availability; a rescheduled session may not always be available the same week. Sessions canceled, rescheduled with less than 12 hours' notice, or missed outright will be charged in full. You're gifted one grace-missed session for our season of working together, at no charge. Genuine emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, you'll be offered a new session time at no cost to you.

PART 3: HEALTH & COACHING DISCLAIMER
Theresa Todd is a certified Biblically-Based, Trauma-Informed Coach and a certified holistic health coach. She is not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical doctor. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, medical care, diagnosis, or therapy.
Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused relationship supporting personal growth, identity work, and emotional awareness. It does not treat any mental health condition, including anxiety, depression, or trauma.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988), or go to your nearest emergency room. If you're currently working with a licensed mental health professional, coaching is meant to complement that care, not replace it.
Information shared during coaching, applications, or community participation is handled with discretion, but coaching is not a legally confidential or privileged relationship the way licensed therapy is, and is not protected under HIPAA.
Individual results vary. Testimonials on this Site reflect individual experiences, not a guarantee of similar outcomes.
Wellness products referenced on this Site, including on the Resources page, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.
