How do I know which one is right for me?
Gatherings are for women who need a room of honest people around them. Coaching is for women ready to go deep, one-on-one, on what's actually driving the overwhelm. What does coaching actually look like?
This isn't a quick pep talk or a to-do list. We meet regularly, one-on-one, and go straight to the beliefs and patterns driving the pressure — so you can lead from presence instead of performance. It's real work, and it's paced to where you actually are.
Is this therapy?
No. This is identity and leadership work — faith, emotional awareness, and practical tools you can use right away, not just talk about.
Do I need to have strong faith already?
No. You need to be honest about where you actually are, and willing to stop performing your way through it. The faith can be shaky, questioning, or barely holding on — what matters is that you're done pretending you're fine when you're not.
